Can you transfer an OnDemand to a Download solution?

I am currently experimenting with Confluence (inetwork). In order to make it attractive to my co-workers, I uploaded quite some content already. We are now going to evaluate Confluence for our Company. It would be great not to loose the effort already invested in the OnDemand side. Is it possible to transfer content from OnDemand to Download?

Yes, you can raise a support case with Atlassian to get the backup XML from OnDemand. And use that to restore the data to download version.

Note that evaluators are not eligible for this.

Eventually we will have an automated backup manager in place that will be available for everyone to use, which won't involve manual intervention by Support.
