Dear Team ,
I think this is Good feature which aims to utilize confluence as an intranet site however do we need license for our end user to access it ? Then only enable license to site admins
Many Thanks!
Regards,
Kristine
If you want to present your Confluence content in manner that resembles Company Hub AND make it public, you can look at Marketplace apps such as Scroll Viewport, Spacecraft, Refined, Mantra, Aura...
Some are oriented towards intranet, some lean on the documentation side.
No you can have anonymous access allowed or Guest access.
Guest access; https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/what-can-guests-see-and-do-on-confluence/
Anonymous access; https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-give-non-confluence-users-access-to-a-space-779166002.html
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Ok thanks.. Noted, I think this is something that we are not looking for as Guest Access has some limitation , can't be granted multiple space access. Our users might need multiple space access as they are working across each departments. Anyway thanks for your feedback. Of course no one wanted to used Anonymous access :)
