Can {table-plus|autoTotal=true} be used inside a {chart}?

Jyoti Baid April 9, 2012

I'm trying to create a chart with the following example -

{chart:title=Project Status for IDMRQ}

{table-plus:autoTotal=true|columnTypes=S,I,I,I}

|| Project || Design || In Progress || Complete ||

| asda | 0 | 1 | 0 |

| Salmon | 1 | 0 | 0 |

| Tuna | 1 | 0 | 0 |

| stuff | 3 | 5 | 1 |

{table-plus}

{chart}

However, I'm getting the error -

chart: com.atlassian.renderer.v2.macro.MacroException: org.dom4j.DocumentException: Error on line 3 of document : Open quote is expected for attribute "autoTotal" associated with an element type "table". Nested exception: Open quote is expected for attribute "autoTotal" associated with an element type "table".

Is it possible to do auto totals in a table and chart?

thanks

Table Filter add-on has a Pivot Table macro that can make different calculations on table, and Chart from Table macro that can visualize your calculations.

Open an Confluence Table Plugin issue and I will have a closer look when I get a chance.

Hi Bob

Thanks for looking into the issue. But, the site says -

<span>studio.plugins.atlassian.com is no longer accepting new projects. For free code, issue and wiki hosting, we offer BitBucket. For officially supported hosted Atlassian offerings, please see OnDemand. Questions? Email us or see this thread on Answers.

Any ideas on how I could create the issue?

thanks

It is an existing project, just create a user id and then a bug report: https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/secure/CreateIssue.jspa?pid=10149&issuetype=1
