Can't remove 'undefined()' watcher in Manage watchers

Q1) we have a page in confluence where one of the entry shows up as undefined() - is this what happens when the user is no longer in the directory or what happened?

Q2) I tried removing the entry in the Manage Watchers UI by clicking on the trask can -- while that immediately removes the entry but if you refresh the page (or get out and back into the page), the undefined() entry is still there. Is there a way to remove the undefined() watcher entry?

I too have this issue. Have tried re-indexing and flushing caches. No Luck.

Can you throw lights on this issue to fix?
