Can not set restrictions on confluence page

Hi 

I'm working in Oracle China, and I want to edit a confluence with some restrictions ,but I can not set restrictions on this page .

And I find the message you're not allowed to change these restrictions. It's either due to edit restrictions on the page, or permissions settings for this space.

Hi @Vincent Xin Zhang - Based on the message which is clearly indicating you do *not* have permission to apply/edit Restrictions on this page in question, here are a couple of places you should start with -

- Page Level: Please check with the Page Owner if you have permissions to 'View and Edit' 

- Space Level: Please have your Space or Confluence Admin check if you (as an individual User or being part of a Group) have the 'Restrictions' permission enabled. If this is not enabled, then it will restrict you from editing or applying page-level restrictions. 

- If you are a Confluence or Space Admin, this should not be a problem and you should be able to apply restrictions on any page in the Space, unrestricted.

Do you have edit restriction permission for this space?

If you have admin permission check it youself or contact your confluence admins.

Admin permission does not mean, that you have restriction permission. This is permission for all space. Check it.
