Can not reset the admin password

I followed the steps here by Jonathan Siberry Dec 17, 2018 • edited

but can not access the admin account. 

Below is the result after we run the command line:

To run Confluence in the foreground, start the server with start-confluence.bat /fg

But it sounds like your problem might be with the Java version or java installation.

Double check your Java installation and Java_Home variable just to make sure that confluence can access Java.
