Can not enter renewal license for 2 apps Scroll Viewport and Multiexcerpt even after purchasing license

Confluence show these in a list, but does not show details to enter renewed license key.

This prevents from performing upgrade to address security vulnerability upgrade.

Max here from K15t, the makers of Scroll Viewport. This sounds like a technical issue with the UPM (Universal Plugin Manager), which handles the licenses. Can you make sure that you have the latest version of the UPM installed?

If this is the case, I also recommend that you contact Atlassian Support. Ultimately, only they will be able to help you.

Thanks Max, I opened support request, cleared all plugin caches and restarted confluence, running latest supported for my confluence version of UPM, still same thing, not able to see Multiexcerpt and Scroll Viewport details and enter renewed license key there.
