Can I pull the Handy Status from one page into another?

I would like to know if I can pull the Handy Status from multiple different pages into one main page. I manage a number of programs at my company that has constantly changing statuses, and I would like to pull all of those into one central/overarching page. If I can't do that I'll need to manually update the main page as well as the direct/child page. Any thoughts would be great.

Hello @Taylor Douthitt ,

Thank you for your question! Based on your need, I suggest combining our Handy Status from the Handy Macros for Confluence app with some native Confluence features. Namely, our macro works nicely with the page properties and page properties report, and all the changes made will be reflected across all pages where the combo is featured. As your main/central/overarching page, the page with the page properties report can be created with page properties entries, which are direct/child pages. This way, all the changes can be made both directly in the view mode and be updated across multiple Confluence pages regardless of whether the status change was made in the overview/main page or on individual direct/child pages - once updated - it is updated elsewhere, ensuring consistency everywhere. We have described the tips to facilitate app usage in our documentation. I hope it helps!

Have a lovely day!

Best,

Anastasia

This works great, thank you!
