If the employee's account was deleted, the employee's space could not be accessed. If there is an existing link to the person who left the company, access is possible through this, but in this case, there must be a condition that there must be a link, so this method is excluded.
I'm wondering if there is another way to access the space of someone whose account has been deleted.

Please try Settings > Security > Space Permissions. From there you should be able to find most spaces. As an admin you can grant yourself permissions.
Recently Atlassian made it a default that every user will have a personal space however that was not the default in the past so previously retired employees may not have one.
