When editing a confluence page with multiple users.
You can be making edits, and the save icon looks like thing are being saved.
But then all of a sudden the recent changes you made are gone.
Resulting in data loss and waste of time.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Or know how to resolve?
Hi @Andrew Lo Can you confirm if more than 11 users apart from you total 12 users are editing the same at the same as there is a hard limit in Confluence cloud that at the same time only 12 users can edit the pages in Confluence.
Check the below kb document for more details:
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-edit-and-publish-a-page/
There are also a open requests on Atlassian side to increase the same, but currently it's gathering interest.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-59734
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-74350
Please check if the total users editing the page is less than this number and if confluence allows you to save/edit the pages or not.
Okay, is this happening with all the users when they try to save the content or only with your account? does the normal page save working on other pages where single user is editing/saving the pages?

I've had another team member verify that it is happening with them as well.
I have confirmed that a single editor is fine and things save appropriately.
