Automation Rule - Not Working

Question

Hi there - I am trying to set up an automation rule where if a new page is created with a specific title containing Playbook, it will automatically create child pages.

For some reason my Rule is not working, but when I validate the query, query contents are found.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Hi @victoria.morrison -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I cannot quite see the details in your rule image, but I wonder: are the quotation marks correct in your CQL?

Perhaps try this instead, confirming that the quotation marks are not the curled ones:

title ~ "Playbook"

You could also try using {{page.title}} with an advanced compare to check for the text.

If that still does not help, I recommend adding a write to the audit log for {{page.title}} to confirm the value from the trigger matches what you expected.
