Automated adjustment of responsibilities when personnel changes

Is it possible to control such changes centrally without individually adjusting the authorized representative on all subpages?
For documentation reasons, changes to tickets that have already been closed are not possible.
The change should only be made automatically on higher-level pages or open tickets. is there such a possibility?

hello, thank you for your answer. I'm not asking about Confluence page ownershop. It's  about a central referencing option. For example, when an eployee changes area of responsibility. So that I don't have to manually change the name everywhere..
