All users including admins can't edit or add page

Hello,

 

I have a confluence server with 10 users license, I am using admin user and if I want to add a new page or edit existing page I am getting a white page that I can't edit or write in it.

Might be this because of context path configurations - See if the resolution in this KB fixes the issue.

I have resolved this by disabling/enabling collaborative editing.
