Agents unable to log in Confluence 7.2 but admin can.

Hi, we have an issue with agents who are unable to log in Confluence.

As admin can I log in but not my colleagues as agent.

I checked the Users directory and  tested for me as an agent. The error message is:

 

Test basic connection : Failed[LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090453, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v3839]; nested exception is javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090453, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v3839]

 

If I try to synchronize the Synchronization failed.

Hi @[deleted] ,

From the error message, you are getting LDAP Error 49 data 52e which means that the user configured to bind LDAP directory with Confluence are incorrect. Was there any recent password change in LDAP side perhaps?
