Adminzugang riskless.atalssian.net

Hi!

Ich habe beim Verbinden unter Atlassian immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung, die auf Adminberechtigungen hin deutet.

Jedenfalls bekomme ich unsere Seite riskless.atlassian.net nicht mit Jira verbunden - auch nicht zu Testzwecken. Die genaue Meldung lautet: 

"Beim Hinzufügen dieses Produkts ist ein Problem aufgetreten, da auf Ihrer Site niemand über Admin-Berechtigungen verfügt."

Warum das so ist, weiß ich nicht. Eigentlich gibt es noch gar keinen Content o.ä. und ich es sollten alle Berechtigungen vorhanden sein.

Hi @Peter Gaupp , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. 

This sounds like something Atlassian will need to assist you with. You are saying from the Jira application, so jirasite.atlassian.net you don't manage to connect to admin.atlassian.com because no one is a product or site admin? You will need to verify this with Atlassian, who can see who are the billing and technical contacts for the site.

Please open a support ticket https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/  for this, if you haven't already. If you don't manage to open a support ticket, please write here and I can escalate this post to the support.

Okay, vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort.

Das hatte ich tatsächlich bereits vor 4 Tagen getan, aber keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Wie schnell wird von Atlassian hier normal reagiert? Vielleicht habe ich ja auch was falsch gemacht...

Oder ich mach einfach noch ein Ticket.
