I'm trying to add a team member to have access to our Scroll Viewport which is an app through confluence. I've tried sending them an email invite after listing them as a scroll admin through the scroll viewport admin site but they didn't get it after multiple times. I see that I'm listed as a trusted user, which according to Atlassian, should be able to add users. Does anyone have any other ideas?

@Yuna Martin Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Does your team member have an account in your Confluence site? If so, they should see Scroll Viewport in their Apps menu at the top of the page.

I'm not sure if there is a difference if you are on a trial version of Scroll Viewport vs. a paid version.

Hey @Barbara Szczesniak , yes they do have a Confluence account but do not see it as an option in their Apps menu.

@Yuna Martin you can look on the Support tab for the app in the Marketplace (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211636/scroll-viewport-for-confluence?tab=support&hosting=cloud ) for ways to contact K15t directly.
