Add a blog post using blog macro with no profile image

How do I get rid of the profile image so the content is moved up? It currently leaves a lot of wasted white space.

Here's an answer from @David at David Simpson Apps from six years ago.  Hopefully you have admin permission otherwise you'll just need to contact your admin.
