Ad Hoc Lists not working together with the"Table Of Contents" macro (Internet Explorer)

"Error rendering macro 'toc' : [com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxLazyException] com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxParsingException: Duplicate attribute 'class'. at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [141,116]"

The Table Of Contents macro shows this error when a page also has an Ad Hoc List.

If i remove the ad hoc list, the Table Of contents renders fine.

This bug only occurs when using Internet Explorer. In Google Chrome it renders fine.

We are using:
Confluence 4.2
Table of contents plugin 2.6.1
Ad hoc Canvas 1.4.1

anyone has any idea or experience regarding this?

this is due to a bug in Ad hoc Lists. We have identified and fixed the problem and will release a new version of Ad hoc Canvas asap.
