Hello,
we are using on our test system a confluence developer license. Is there a way to access the market place with this system? We want to evaluate somme add-ons.

Got the solution, the UPM module was outdated. After applying the update the access to the market place was possible

Marketplace is not running regarding to the Atlassian License, you probably need to apply the evaluation license individually for each plugin.
