I imported a space from another confluence account with other users involved
Since there are no users or groups imported along with the space I don't have access.
The imported space doesn't show up in my list of spaces
How can I access this space?
Thanks for any advise
Hi @Eberhard Manz , welcome to the community and thanks for your question!
If you are a product admin, you should be able to access and recover permission to an imported space here -
https://youristance.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action
Hope this helps
Cheers

Hello @Valerie Knapp , Thank you I can see space but all the contents are coming under restricted category . Permitted user/creator are outside of the organization.
At the right hand side lock is disabled. edit and view permission of this page is with user who is not defined in org. we are bringing this import from other server.

Hi @Naziya Parveen , thanks for your feedback.
Please can you check the restricted section of the Space settings here and see if you find any options to modify the pages?
Please share your feedback.
Cheers

Hi, thank you so much. By using space permissions, I allowed myself to have all the controls despite that I was not even able to create any page in space and all the content was locked. I have worked with Atlassian. Trick was at Evey lock, hold command key and it unlocked pages. It has to be done one by one. Thank you again for all the help.
