Access Confluence REST API from a 3rd party application using OAuth

Hi,

By reading the documentation, I found no way to authenticate a third party application that uses the Confluence REST API other than through basic auth. I would like to use Oauth in order to do this, but it seems to be available only for Jira. Am I missing something?

Hi Ioana,

It appears some users had some success with the following thread on authenticating with OAuth.

There also appear to be a few add-ons available for OAuth. I can't say if they would work for authenticating 3rd party apps, but have a look in case.
