A system administrator has disabled your connection to the Atlassian Marketplace server.

I have installed Confluence internally and restored to our local instance from a backup of our cloud instance. I am getting the message above. Also noticed, for instance, that I couldn't update the base URL through the app; I had to go in through SQL to update it.

Any tips on how to hack my way back in to being a full administrator?

I've been messing around in the CW_ tables but no luck so far.
