컨플루언스 최고관리자 계정 변경 문의

trustay.atlassian.net 를 접속하면 아래 사진과 같이 컨플루언스만 활성화된 상태이며

우측 상단의 "업그레이드"를 누르면 현재 3명만 팀에 초대된 것으로 보여집니다.

가장 왼쪽에 보여지는 김찬미_마케팅팀(TRU) 라는 계정이 관리자 계정이 맞는걸까요?

김찬미 라는 계정은 현재는 지워진 계정으로 확인되며 계정 복구가 불가능한 상태입니다.

이러한 경우 아틀라시안 측에서 관리자 이관을 신청하면 해결이 되는건지 확인 부탁드리겠습니다!

김찬미_마케팅팀(TRU) ‍is not an administrator account on your site. They are a basic user, and their account is still active.

If you have any questions about your accounts beyond that, I recommend raising a request with our Customer Advocates team and we can help you out. If you have any difficulty, let me know, and I can create a ticket on your behalf.
