저희 쪽에서 SEN을 찾을 수 없는 경우 아래의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방법이 있는지 확인이 될까요?

When trying to connect to Confluence (Cloud), the connection fails while some file text is starting.
We would like to inquire with Atlassian about the need for the SEN (applicant eligibility number -> administrator confirmation) that is generated when requesting support.
If we can't find the SEN, is there a way to find the problem below?

If you are unable to locate your SEN, you’ve got a few options:
