Selecting multiple Questions through REST API

Regarding Questions for Confluence, I would like to "triage" some Questions and integrate it with another application trough the REST API.

The initial idea was to use a specific topic ("external-integration"), but as users can edit topics themselves (and can also add this topic), this is not a viable option.

Another option would be to select/triage certain Questions. However, it's not clear to me how to select multiple questions for the REST API

For example, selection of questionID 46497879 and 46497847.

So, to select one Question: https://www.somedomain.com/rest/questions/1.0/question/46497879

How can I select multiple Questions though this API call?

And is it also possible to display the selected Questions on a separate Confluence page (not using the Question List macro)?
