Error getting data on Page Properties Report: Gateway time-out

Hi community,

This is about a Confluence-page with a Page Properties Report Macro. This macro has always worked fine on this page. The page has about 500 child pages (increasing), when it suddenly did not work anymore. Now when we want to load the page, the following exception rises:

EN: "Error getting data on Page Properties Report: Gateway time-out"

DE: "Fehler beim Abrufen der Daten zum Seiteneigenschaften Bericht: Gateway Time-out"

If we now try to open this page multiple times, Confluence gets really slow and is not usable anymore. -> Server restart necessary

Our Server has more power then needed until now.

Does anybody have an idea? What could be the problem?

• Are there Restrictions on how many pages a Page Properties Report Macro is able to load?
• Are there other restrictions that we are not aware of?
• Does anyone have any idea how we can solve the problem?
