When I select multiple stickies, I get the option to create multiple tickets, but this doesn't work. No error message, it just doesnt do anything
Single create works fine.
Hi @Richard_Donnell, I'm unable to reproduce the issue from my end, so could you please try reproduce the issue, capture the log and send to us for debugging? This is one of the articles you could use to save and share the console log to us.
hmmm - so I can create multiple tickets today, but not every time - I noticed some 'activity circles' on certain pull downs when I clicked 'Show more fields' if I let them settle, then it seems to work - I will carry on trying this out and post results if I can
Edit: So I am creating loads of tickets - I am not sure why it didnt work before, but it is motoring now, creating 70+ tickets at the same time has a tendency to doof my Jira sandbox for a short while, I guess thats Jira composing itself after having loads of data passed through the api!
