I have noticed that today my custom fields which are working perfectly in JWM are not pulling through into the database. This was still working last week. Has anything changed for custom fields in the database or is this a bug?

Hey Melanie! We are working on some changes related to integration with Jira - those changes should improve performance and the way how we present Jira fields data in the Database.
Because of those changes, we are no longer able to support fetching data from the DC/Server instance. If this is not your case, then please open a "support ticket" and we will investigate.

Hi @Rebecca Dai - no longer an issue for me. I had to re-map the custom fields but since I did that it has worked just fine. Thanks!
