Page Details field (Excerpt Contact) does not load consistently

Hi everyone,

I'm using Confluence Database to manage our product FAQs approval and hoping ti roll out to manage other information. Having a centralised database for all questions and locations within confluence using the Page Link has been invaluable.

We are using the Page Details field to display an Excerpt containing the approval status for each linked page in the document, however these excerpts are not loading consistently on our database page, especially noticeable as number of database entries grows.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?
