Previously to ensure all information was current we used to have a checker process which would automatically review all pages and any page which hasn’t been updated for 6 months would be referred to the page owner or last updater to be verified that it is still required and the content is still accurate. This checker was instrumental in delivering confidence to everyone that the Wiki data was current, accurate & not stale. With the Wiki move to the cloud 2 years ago this checker functionality ceased as it's not supported on the cloud.
