Changing authorization type for all users at Confluence Cloud

Hello!

Is it possible to change authorization type for Confluence Cloud users from local to SAML or Google? If no, can I migrate all the permissions from old local users to new ones?

Welcome to Community, it's nice to have you! 

You can certainly change the authentication type for your Cloud users to SAML, but it requires a subscription to Atlassian Access. For more information, you can review the article below:
