i'm actually using Confluence Cloud and i have a question : I need to find one specific profile in the user profile macro, but can't find it in the list, when typing the name he displays me "not found"
Is there some requirred parameters ?

I'm having the same issue.
An old user which is in our Jira for a long time cannot be found in user profile and also in "@" mentions.
Other users can be found without a problem.
This issue was brought to my attention last week.
