I would like to know: Do you document your companies structure organization and core processes in confluence? I would like to learn, WHY, HOW and WHAT you do.

WHY
we are democratic, so everyone needs to know our structure, our Vision mission and values, the responsible (elected) roles to be able to participate actively in decisions and in roles
WHAT
we document every new challenge / solution and make it a standard (if it occurs again) - as simple as possible but clear as necessary. But we also have an open pay policy and everyone is payed according to role and maturity matrix
HOW
We have a central landing page for the organization including
we of course use jira and confluence also for customer projects...
So we know everything (legally possible) about the company and colleges (but we are not at all perfect...)
