Hi Atlassian and Confluence Hub team!
Contentsquare’s Knowledge Management team has been excited to build out and debut our Company Hub for quite some time. It’s a feature we’ve tried to replicate in the past, with limited success. But since the Company Hub’s launch and seeing all the new features in development, we’re excited to experiment and grow it even more.
We approached the Company Hub as Contentsquare's ”window display”. Seasonal elements are featured at the top, while essential resources are organized further down for team members to access easily. We’ve collaborated with our design team to ensure everything is on brand, and partnered with internal communications to highlight and maintain the company's current pulse.
Our Company Hub has 3 core sections:
Dynamic Trending Topics: This section centralizes the key rhythm of the business events, processes, and news. Knowledge Management curates this section based on top Confluence search results, leads from Internal Communications, and All Hands meeting content. Future content we plan to highlight here would be performance review guidance, information about our upcoming in-person company event, DEI campaigns, and more.
Key Resources: Contentsquare's 3 cross-functional spaces that all team members need to access regularly to succeed at work. These spaces are central to our operations, so we don’t anticipate changing them often:
The CSQuare: Hosts our news, replays, and masterclasses
The Company Strategy: Company documentation regarding our OKRs and their progress, guidance and resources to support our operating culture, and our brand identity live here.
Learning and Development: Where team members can explore L&D’s learning catalogue and resources to advance their career.
Core Company Information: The final section provides a straightforward directory of company-wide and cross-departmental resources. While this section may naturally receive less traffic than the others, we aim to make these pages easily accessible for everyone by including them in the hub. It also includes a link to our Helpdesk Portal so team members can ask for the help they need.
