This week, we’ll explore key metrics available through a few of our Atlassian solutions, focusing on organization insights, audit logs, and Confluence-specific insights.
End-User Adoption by Product: Use the Admin Hub to access organization insights that provide a snapshot of product usage across your teams. This feature enables leaders to identify which products are gaining traction and which may need more attention. By analyzing these insights, you can pinpoint champions and power users who can advocate for best practices and further drive adoption.
Audit Log (Admin Hub):
Detailed Usage Reports: The audit log is a valuable resource. Administrators can export usage reports to share with champions and power users, highlighting engagement patterns and feature usage.
