Will there be a Community Badge for attending the Atlympics?

Hello,

I might have overlooked it, but I was wondering if there's a community badge for attending the Atlympics?

I was going through the featued posts and read about medals and kudo badges but I haven't found any information about a community badge.

I would love to add this to the wins of this year! 🏆

If you have trouble getting the Atlympian badge, go view this page and see if that helps. 

@Svenja Lorenzen Atlympics is just part of the kudos program for now! We have no way of easily awarding a community badge for it.  But I appreciate the feedback that ideally you'd like to see both!

Hi @Monique vdB, thank you for your help. Unfortunatley the badge did not appear.  I also commented on the page on July 31st.

No need for two badges. I was just a little confused and since I was more used to the community badges I thought that's the logical place where a badge would appear. It's totally fine that the Atlympics is only part of the kudos program. 😊

Where can I find this one? I thought if there would be a badge it would appear on our community badges overview (for example like the 2021 Team Bingo).

No. Kudos badges are separate and appear under Kudos in your profile.

First of all, congratulations on winning a medal :) As jack mentioned, I am able to see "Atlympics Gold Medal" in my Kudos Badge.

But, even I have not received the "Atlympian" badge.

I might just noticed that we're talking about two different kind of badges...

When I open my Kudos Dashboard I can see different 'kudos badges' that will bring me kudos.

When I click on my profile I have a tab that is named "Badges" which is divided into 8 groups. One of the groups is named 'Community Badges'.

What I meant with my question: Is there a community badge that shows that I took part in the Olympic Games 2021. Like the one that's telling me I took place in the Team21 Challenge.

Or will those community badges vanish at any point when Kudos is established for everyone. I'm kind of confused... 🤣

Yes there are two different badge systems at this time as I noted in my original response (Community, Kudos) There are no Community badges for Atlympics. To be honest I’m unsure if there have been any new Community badges since Kudos arrov d on the scene. I suspect Kudos will replace Community badge system in the future but unsure,

Hi @Svenja Lorenzen It seems like there's no community badge for Atlympics. However I can see "Atlympian" badge in Kudos Badges for other members, which is missing in our case. I hope community managers take notice of this thread and help us with this.

And I haven't received the Atlympian badge. Or I'm not able to see it...

I might do another post in the intended group to give feedback to @Monique vdB and the beta kudos program.

@Kishan Sharma you earned "Atlympian" on 6/29.  I think you are running into the bug where only 25 badges are displayed on your Kudos page. We are working on fixing that so you will be able to see all of them! 

This was just uncovered recently because until then nobody had earned so many badges.. you're just too good :)

I participated and won a gold medal but I don't see my medal in the Kudos badges.

I have  received the "Atlympian" badge.

Yes, it seems only the "Community" event badges have been awarded as of now.
