Yes, a recently released Clover 3.2.0 comes with a full support for Java 8.

It's possible to instrument and record code coverage for lambda functions and method references.

It's possible to see lambda functions in HTML, XML and JSON report as well as code highlighting in a source editor in IntelliJ IDEA.

See Clover+3.2+Release+Notes.
