Are you using SSH or HTTPS?

What is the error when you click the 'Details' button next to the error message?

If you get this error message, it is because you will need to provide a password:

User cancelled password prompt.remote: Invalid username or password
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://bitbucket.org/<workspace>/<repo_name>.git/'

Here is some helpful information from the documentation:

If you're using HTTPS in SourceTree for the first time, SourceTree might prompt you with an authentication window to access your Bitbucket account.
