What are you trying to ultimately do / accomplish?
Well, in some teams three different people make a code review before sending it to qa, so after the last pull request update if any from observations the three code reviewers must review the code, so I want to listen to this, in order to send a ticket directly to qa sign off on JIRA. to avoid the flow responsible to being looking all the time to the pull requests window to validate that everyone did the last code review
