ssh keys error

Ruben Decrop February 9, 2019

When I try to add  an ssh key, I get the error:  "Someone has already added that SSH key".

Which is true as I used the ssh key on my laptop for another organisation where I have a different email address.    I don't want to manage 2 keys on the same laptop (a real PITA)

But how do I continue?

There's no way around it - if you want to use SSH for two accounts from the same laptop, then you'll need to create a second key. However, you can skip the .SSH/config step by using your username in the remote URL (so "workuser@bitbucket.org" or "personaluser@bitbucket.org" instead of "git@bitbucket.org").
