piplelines are not running.

After the bitbucket issue the pipelines are not running and cannot stop the running pipelines as well.

Wondering if this is a follow-on from the earlier issue - https://bitbucket.status.atlassian.com/incidents/rgwgpfyx0mpy - as our pipelines have been stuck since then as well.
