I've been completely locked out since I implemented 2FA last year. Despite synching it to my phone's app it is never the correct number.
After many attempts to reset and login, I turned off 2FA (and it was confirmed) but after trying to login again, 2FA is still turned on and once again I'm not receiving the password reset emails after 24 hours.

May I know how you enabled your 2FA and what errors you received when you tried to log in/reset?
I want to make sure what 2FA you are talking about since we have one for Atlassian and one for Bitbucket. A screenshot of the issue would help me identify that and assist you.
