How do I copy the repo permissions a user has to another user in bitbucket?

Welcome to the community!
Currently, it's not possible the copy repository permission from one user to another.
However, suppose you manage the user at the group level. In that case, you can add the new user to the groups, which should automatically apply the same permission the other user has in the Groups to the new user.
