cannot access imported repository

Hello,

I imported 2 repositories and apparently it was successful, but they don't show up in the list. When I try using the link, it says "not found"

However, when I try renaming a repository using that same name, it says that a repository with that name already exists.

this happens with two repositories: <redacted> and <redacted>.

Any advice/suggestion?

Hi Luca and welcome to the community!

I can see in our system that these two repositories were in a state of 'Partially created'. It looks that the import task failed and the size of both repos shows as 0 bytes.

I changed the repositories' status to 'Available'. Are you able to access them now and check if they have any content or not?

If you still cannot access them, I can delete them for you (if you give me permissions to do so) since you are an administrator, and you can try to import them again.

Just a heads up, I removed the screenshots and repo names from your post for privacy reasons.

I went ahead and deleted these two repositories. You should be able to rename now the ones you imported with different names, if you wish. Please feel free to let me know how it goes.
