bitbucket account locked out.

Hi,

I am getting this message when i try to do Pull in Source tree software.

Your Bitbucket account has been locked. To unlock it and log in again you must
solve a CAPTCHA. This is typically caused by too many attempts to login with an
incorrect password.

Updated the current password in Control panel->Credential Manager

and also in Tools->Options->Authentication. but stil not working.

The bitbucket URL should be https://stash.mynmg.com

Try to access with your credentials to that URL. After doing that retry to use SourceTree

I really dont know how to access bitbucket through URL. The only thing i know is using Source Tree software. Need your  help.

welcome to the Atlassian community!

You need first to login to Bitbucket via browser resolving captcha. After doing that you need to verify that your password, in source tree, is correct.
