I'm getting this error when migrating our teams repos from my former boss' account to mine for me to maintain. How can I have this cap removed?

This restriction you have described is enabled automatically on all workspaces to prevent spam accounts from mass-creating repositories. As you have a legitimate use case, I have removed this restriction from your workspace.
