Workspace deleted

When I connected today to my bitbucket account I realized my workspace no longer existed, which means I also lost access to all my repositories. Is there a known issue leading to such a deletion?

Hello, I deleted my workspace by mistake, so I lost all my repositories, can you help me?

G'day @SebKister

It looks like you just created a new Bitbucket account, so I wonder if you previously used a different email to log in with Bitbucket?

Generally, this happens when you have an alias email on top of your primary email and log in using your alias email redirect to create a new Bitbucket account.

I'd suggest stepping back and remembering if you have any other email address you used to log in with Bitbucket before and try to log in with Bitbucket.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,
Syahrul

Hi Syahrul,

Thanks for your answer. I actually didn't create a new account. When I access Jira I still have all my projects there but in Bitbucket everything is gone ! I deleted a workspace called BnD that I wasn't using and it seems it also deleted my main workspace (SebKister) which had around 30 repos in it :-|

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
