Hi @calil.amaral and anyone else affected by this issue:

Builds that end in "System error" should not detract build minutes from your workspace.

If you see that this is not the case, or if you manually stopped affected builds during the incident, you can raise a ticket with the support team.

You can create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product.

Please provide the URLs of affected builds and we can check if they consumed build minutes, and if so, what options there are for a refund.
