Why can't I connect to my Atlassian account?

Why do I get the following message:

''This account doesn't have access to any Cloud products
You might be using the server version of our products. Contact your administrator for help or visit Atlassian Support''

Hi @Sandra Cossio

Do you try to login with an Atlassian account? Some reasons I can think of are:

  • Perhaps you've got two different Atlassian accounts and the one you logged in doesn't have any products
  • You are logging in with the correct atlassian account, but all your products have been deleted due to inactivity.
  • You are indeed using server versions of products and not cloud based products.
