About 10 days ago my connection from Sourcetree to my free Bitbucket account interrupted, and from then I cannot use nothing in the Bitbucket. Every time it asks me to log in to Atlassian, but it doesn't work.
When I try to connect (e.g. click the Remote icon in the Sorcetree) then it tries to open my Bitbucket account. After my account has opened a "sand glass" starts and if I click the upper left menu icon, then a message appears:
We keep track of these errors, but feel free to contact us if refreshing doesn’t fix things."
From 10 days!! What is it?
Hi, @Giczoe, welcome to the community!
This seems to be related to an authentication issue. In this case, I suggest you redo this connection by following the next steps:
On Sourcetree, delete all accounts you have set up;
In bitbucket, go to Personal settings > App authorizations and delete the connection that Sourcetree has created;
After that, try to reconnect it directly from Sourcetree.
Kind regards,
Caroline
